Cera Chem, a leading construction chemical company, is seeking dynamic and experienced Tele Callers for inbound and outbound calling roles. Join our team and be part of a company that values excellent customer service and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support
- Effectively communicate product details to potential customers
- Resolve customer queries with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1year of experience in a tele calling or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) + proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and English
- Degree from a recognized university (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
