Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, inform about offers, or gather feedback.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, or product details.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales or actions.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
Coordinate with other departments (logistics, sales, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
6 months to 2 years of experience
in tele calling, customer support, or telesales (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or calling software.

Preferred:

Prior experience in an e-commerce company or call center environment.
Familiarity with order management systems or e-commerce platforms.
