Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Channel Partner Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with existing and new channel partners Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance sales performance Ensure partners are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to represent our ERP products effectively Lead Generation: Actively identify new business leads through partner networks and direct efforts Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities Adhere to the Lead–Demo–Conversion–Collection format with weekly and monthly performance targets Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients Customize demos based on client's business needs and challenges Sales Closure: Negotiate deals and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets Draft and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients Market Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity Provide actionable insights to internal teams for product and marketing enhancement Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and partner feedback About Company: IESL is a software company providing management, accounting, and communication solutions backed by 32 years of experience and award-winning customer support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and functionalities. Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET technologies. Develop and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and reports in Microsoft SQL Server. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. Ensure software quality through unit testing and documentation. Required Skills Mandatory experience in ERP development. Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET framework. Excellent database development skills using Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of application architecture and software development life cycle. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
