Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in Ghaziabad. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing customer inquiries over the phone, maintaining customer records, and following up on leads. They will also assist in managing customer feedback and reporting to the management team. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills
Customer service experience and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
