Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller, based in Dehradun. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting the company's services, and maintaining a professional relationship with clients. Daily tasks will include identifying and understanding client needs, providing detailed information about our services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Success in this role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills and the ability to meet targets consistently.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
• Excellent listening skills and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a tele calling or customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
