Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database or leads list.
  • Explain the product/service offerings clearly and convincingly.
  • Follow-up with potential leads and maintain regular contact to nurture the pipeline.
  • Update call records, lead status, and feedback in CRM/software.
  • Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.


Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required—e.g., English, Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude
