Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given lead database.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate interest and qualify leads as per criteria.
Schedule appointments/meetings for the Sales Executive.
Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM/excel.
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during communication.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, persuasive, and good at handling client queries.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to meet calling targets and work under minimal supervision.
Fresher or experienced telecallers.
Candidates comfortable with outbound calling.
