Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and report relevant market development, competition analysis, pricing and scheme strategies to increase sales in cities like Kolkata, Pune, Baroda, Chennai and the surrounding Cities. Responsible to increase our Customer Base in Channel Partners and System Integrators of Companies like ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider Electric, etc. and also increase our market share in our existing customers Existing Relationships with VFD Panel Builders, OEMs will be added advantage Demonstrating the customers about our Harmonic Filters, Line Reactor Chokes and other products by carrying out product demonstrations, Presentations at major customers. Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given lead database. Explain company products/services clearly and confidently. Generate interest and qualify leads as per criteria. Schedule appointments/meetings for the Sales Executive. Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM/excel. Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions. Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during communication. Required Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Confident, persuasive, and good at handling client queries. Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
