  • Client Outreach:

    Call existing clients to understand upcoming requirements and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Lead Generation:

    Contact prospective clients to identify requirements and schedule meetings with the Sales Executive.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update the client calling database accurately on a daily basis.
  • Coordination & Follow-up:

    Coordinate requirement completion through WhatsApp, direct calls, and the company website.
  • Payment Follow-up:

    Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Documentation Support:

    Send completion certificates to participants via email after successful completion.
  • Product Explanation:

    Clearly explain the web-based model and articulate the benefits of company solutions to clients.
  • Target Achievement:

    Work towards achieving assigned calling and conversion targets with a proactive approach.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt, and bring creativity into the role.
