Job Description

Bachelor s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
Over 2 years of experience in SAP AUTHORIZATION role with S/4 HANA.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP AUTHORIZATION management with a focus on level 2 support.
Understanding of Security Policies, Audit and Compliance.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
with good attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a global setting with multi-regional teams, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences and across shifts.
Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of

Ideally, you ll also have

Well versed in SAP Security including User Administration, Role Design, Role Assignment, Authorization Objects and Checks, Security Policies, Audit and Compliance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access Reviews, System Hardening and Monitoring.
Exposure to SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools to manage and automate risk management, access control, and compliance processes.
SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP System Security and Authorizations (C_SECAUTH_20)

What you will do

Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Security across IT Service Management including service requests, enhancement requests as Level 2 Application Management Specialist.
Provide level 2 support for SAP AUTHORIZATION activities including managing and configuring user access, roles, profiles, and authorizations and Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements for incidents and problems and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform Testing to ensure the quality of user access, roles and profiles.
Support integration testing, user acceptance testing and production deployment of security, compliance, and efficient operation of SAP environments.
Document security configurations, policies, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g. AI) and SAP best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client.
