Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow Platform - Handle Incident Management, Change and Problem Management - Familiarize yourself with new ServiceNow features and explore unused module functionalities - Investigate technical solutions and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience, including working with AngularJS frameworks - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Service Portal, Custom Applications, and ITIL Foundation - Preferred experience with modules such as HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, IRM, and SecOps - Possess ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Application Developer Certification - Strong oral and written communication skills in English - Educational background in Information Technology or equivalent working experience - Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates as a dynamic and truly global delivery network across six locations worldwide.
