As an SAP SD Senior TechOps (Application Management) Consultant at EY, you play a crucial role in providing functional support for SAP SD expertise across various regions for global clients. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize designs to meet business requirements. Working with a high-quality team, you ensure the stability of global 500 companies through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management, and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on SAP SD solutions and designs. - Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides, and test scripts. - Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely. - Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements. - Conduct defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP SD. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation. - Participate in an on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems. - Be available to work on shift hours depending on the client's requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent job experiences. - 3-5 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP SD, including sale order processing, shipping, invoicing, delivery, billing, master data, credit management, integration, and configuration, preferably with global clients. - Good experience in delivering application development or enhancement work, ITIL methodologies for application management services, and understanding of business needs to deliver efficient solutions. - Strong cross-functional communication skills, experience in an offshore/onsite model, and ability to work with minimal guidance in a time-critical environment. - Ideally, well-versed with SAP SD and SAP Certification in SAP SD.
