As an SAP GTS Senior Consultant at EY, you will be an integral part of the EY GDS Team, providing functional support for SAP Order to Cash across various regions for global clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-quality team and support global 500 companies through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide support for SAP GTS module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations - Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions for incident resolution - Deliver application development or enhancement work, from requirement gathering to post-production support - Manage cross-functional and technical teams, driving functional and technical discussions with stakeholders - Handle change requests, understand business needs, and deliver efficient solutions - Collaborate with customers and teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues and requests - Work on defect resolution and defect analysis related to SD - Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in a global, cross-functional team environment - Be flexible in managing work hours to support critical business requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - 3-5 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP GTS, preferably with global clients - Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology - Ability to work with minimal guidance in a time-critical environment - Strong communication skills and experience in offshore/onsite model - Experience in SD integration points with other SAP modules like FI, SD, PP, and PM - SAP Certification in SAP SD/GTS is ideal As an SAP GTS Senior Consultant at EY, you will provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications, lead the resolution of complex technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and stay updated on industry trends.
