We are looking for an SAP BTP Manager to join the EY GDS TechOps Team. As part of our EY GDS TechOps team, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP BTP Applications in alignment with our business objectives in a multi-region environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize applications to deliver seamless global operations support to global clients. To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or comparable job experiences. You should have 7-11 years of experience in SAP BTP development, including experience with the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and RAP, SAP Fiori/UI5 Development. Your focus should be on level 3 support and global operations. A deep understanding of SAP Functional modules and business processes is required, with the ability to translate business requirements and issues into technical solutions. You should have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner in a multi-region environment. Strong experience in delivering Application development or enhancement work is necessary, right from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Additionally, a deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, as well as strong leadership and team building skills, are essential. Ideally, you'll also have proficiency in SAP BTP development tools, including SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Web IDE, and SAP Fiori, along with extensive experience with SAP BTP services and integration services. Knowledge of DevOps practices, ABAP, OData backend S/4HANA development, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, Node.js, and SAP Certification is desirable. As an SAP BTP Manager, you will provide senior-level support for SAP BTP development activities, lead the design and implementation of complex BTP applications, collaborate with functional and technical teams, mentor junior team members, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining technical documentation, collaborating with DevOps teams, and ensuring the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
