Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills : Vmware Virtualization Administration
Good to have skills : VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design, Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with vendors, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will work closely with service management teams to analyze and resolve issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration, VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues. - Familiarity with network configurations and storage solutions related to virtualization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
