Technology Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Actively identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities across target industries for custom software, AI, and cloud solutions.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Conduct deep-dive discussions with prospects to understand their business challenges and strategically position Neurofactor’s solutions as the answer.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the entire sales pipeline, including creating compelling proposals, delivering engaging presentations (in-person and virtual), negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
  • Client Relationship:

    Build and maintain a strong professional network, ensuring successful hand-offs to delivery teams and fostering opportunities for repeat business.
  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Insight:

    Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving landscape of AI, Cloud, and mobile technologies.


What You Bring:
  • Experience:

    Proven track record of

    3+ years in B2B Technology Sales

    , preferably selling IT services, custom software development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    Strong working understanding of modern digital technologies, including

    AI, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or bespoke application development.

  • Communication Mastery:

    Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-Driven:

    High level of self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently to manage a pipeline across multiple stages.
  • Education:

    A Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent is preferred); an

    MBA is a significant advantage
