Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic product owner and primary point of contact for HRSD and IRM modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and platform governance
  • Partner with HR, Risk, Compliance, and Technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities
  • Continuously assess business value, adoption, and enhancement opportunities across HR and Risk modules
  • Provide Business As Usual (BAU) support during UK and India business hours, including 24x7 on-call and weekend support on a rota basis

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for HRSD and IRM aligned to the enterprise digital strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Risk, and Compliance leadership on ServiceNow-enabled transformation
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee and risk management journeys through automation, AI, and analytics
  • Ensure platform scalability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage senior business stakeholders to define and prioritise value-driven initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across HR, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams
  • Present business cases, release outcomes, and strategic updates to executive steering committees
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence

Backlog Ownership & Delivery Governance

  • Own and manage HRSD and IRM product backlogs with prioritisation based on value, compliance, and technical readiness
  • Translate strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with architects, solution leads, and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Ensure end-to-end data quality, process alignment, and adherence to security and compliance standards

Process Optimisation & Value Realisation

  • Drive process standardisation and automation across HR case management, lifecycle events, policy management, and risk workflows
  • Measure and report on business value, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement outcomes
  • Benchmark platform usage against industry best practices and ServiceNow roadmap capabilities
  • Lead periodic platform reviews to ensure optimal utilisation and return on investment
