Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. Your typical day will involve deploying automation pipelines and automating the processes of environment creation and configuration, ensuring that systems are efficient and reliable while meeting project requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the cloud environments, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for cloud environment management. - Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to cloud environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools, Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with cloud service providers and their respective tools for environment management. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to enhance operational efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
