Summary:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our NOC / Service Desk team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills, a solid foundation in remote desktop troubleshooting, and a basic understanding of ITIL practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:- Handle client queries and provide timely resolution.

Troubleshoot technical issues via remote desktop support.

Provide support for Windows and mobile devices.

Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Skills & Competencies:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Preferred
Qualifications:- Exposure to ITIL frameworks.
