Technology Management Lead

You are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in the Java ecosystem. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java applications, along with knowledge of Angular, OpenShift, Oracle, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality. - Develop web applications using Angular. - Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. - Design, develop, and maintain Oracle databases. - Implement/maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions and Maven/Gradle. - Build and deploy applications using standard build tools. - Focus on application observability and supportability. - Present work effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills: - 15+ years of Java development experience. - Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, JDBC, Web Frameworks, and related technologies. - Strong understanding of programming paradigms, design patterns, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and security. - Experience with version control systems, front-end technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment. - Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. - DevOps mindset, Test Driven Development, and Behaviour Driven Development. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in a relevant technical discipline. For Director-Level Role, additional responsibilities include technical leadership, cloud and AI integration, agile development, governance and compliance, and team development and management. Additional Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles. - Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
