As the Technology Enablement and Automation Manager at Flutter, you play a crucial role in delivering elements of the ICFR pillar of the global finance transformation programme. You report directly or indirectly to the Head of Technology Enablement and Automation Transformation. Flutter consists of two commercial divisions (FanDuel and International) and central Flutter Functions; COO, Finance & Legal, where the Flutter Edge is the competitive advantage, driving the ongoing success. Role Overview: - Design, develop, launch, and maintain custom technical solutions to enhance Flutters Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) annual cycle. - Continuously improve Finance and IT processes and controls, such as balance sheet reconciliations and GRC tool enablement. - Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation for automation and reporting deliverables. - Collaborate with Internal Controls Transformation, Internal Controls Assurance teams, and colleagues across Finance and IT for seamless delivery of technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Passion for technical solution delivery and learning new technologies. - Strong technology architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance skills. - Demonstrable coding experience in SQL and Python for workflow automations and reporting solutions. - Proficiency in databases, data pipelines, data cleansing, and visualization tools like KNIME, Pentaho, etc. - Hands-on experience in system integrations, robotic process automation, low-code application development, and business process management. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver technical change effectively. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly. Qualifications Required: - Experience in improving processes to reduce risk, preferably in ICFR, internal controls, audit, risk, or compliance. - Experience in betting, gaming, or online entertainment industries. - Knowledge of AI solutions for enterprise business processes. - Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules.
