Business Technology Solutions Manager

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs spanning cloud migration, digital platform modernization, and data-driven solutioning.
• Shape client technology roadmaps aligning business priorities with scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Translate industry-specific challenges (e.g., yield management in airlines, PMS/CRS integration in hospitality, POS/loyalty modernization in retail, risk/fraud analytics in financial services) into actionable solution blueprints.
• Guide technical design, oversee build and deployment, and ensure architecture integrity across development, integration, and DevOps streams.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify and convert new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and present ZSs differentiated tech vision.
• Partner with ZSs innovation ecosystem to shape and deploy GenAI-driven use cases such as intelligent assistants, insight copilots, and automation accelerators.
• Build, coach, and grow cross-functional teams across global delivery hubs
• Actively contribute to ZSs internal asset development and knowledge frameworks by codifying best practices and creating reusable accelerators.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

• 10-14 years of experience in technology consulting or delivery, with a strong focus on one or more industries: Travel, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services, QSR, or Agri-Tech.
• Deep understanding of core commercial or operational systems in the chosen sector (e.g., PMS, CRS, POS, FMS, CRM, loyalty systems for hospitality sector).
• Strong hands-on understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, data engineering, and integration frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary global teams through architecture design, delivery governance, and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology from defining business drivers and KPIs to mapping enabling platforms and execution plans.
• Experience working with US or global enterprise clients; familiarity with large transformation or modernization programs preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-enabled automation use cases is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills able to lead discussions at both strategic and technical levels.
• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
