Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project scope and risks effectively. You will also focus on driving profitability and maintaining high service quality while leading your team towards successful project delivery. Engaging with sponsors and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions will be key aspects of your role, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with financial management and cost control in project delivery.
