Technology Delivery Lead

Role Overview: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your role involves driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Ensure project milestones are met - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Qualifications Required: - Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites - Strong understanding of web content management systems - Experience in implementing digital experience platforms - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Experience in stakeholder management Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. This position is based at our Chennai office. A Higher Education is required.
