About The Role

Project Role :Technology Delivery Lead

Project Role Description :Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define project scope, assessing risks, and ensuring that the project aligns with business objectives. You will drive profitability by maintaining service quality and cost efficiency while proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Your role will require you to lead teams effectively, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that the overall project vision is realized.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Ability to analyze and optimize technology delivery processes.

Familiarity with cost management and budgeting in technology projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
