Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve architecture efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with various application packaging tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex application issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
