Technologist - Water

As a Chemical Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for monitoring processes and ensuring quality in the technology plants. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and analyzing deviations - Performing root cause analysis - Proposing corrective actions and tracking process improvement - Identifying opportunities for profit enhancement and product quality improvement - Conducting process design calculations for improvement schemes - Developing process design packages using appropriate tools - Participating in commercial plant trials and plant performance audits - Validating Management of Change to ensure specified standards are followed - Supporting preparation of documents for Capital projects and participating in HAZOP of new projects - Contributing to deriving value from technology network To qualify for this role, you should have: - BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute - 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in plant Operations / CTS In addition to the educational and experience requirements, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Analytical ability for problem-solving - Programming exposure - Knowledge of chemical engineering and process technology - Ability to plan and discuss results under senior guidance - Process design calculations and use of calculation templates at Skill level - Simulation skills and use of Six Sigma for problem solving - Good communication skills - Leadership qualities with management skills - Result orientation Join us to be a part of a dynamic team where you can utilize your skills and contribute to the growth of our company.,
