As a Chemical Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring processes and quality in technology plants. Your key tasks will involve identifying and analyzing deviations, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing corrective actions to track process improvement. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for profit enhancement and product quality improvement. You will be expected to perform process design calculations for improvement schemes, develop process design packages using appropriate tools, and actively participate in commercial plant trials. Your role will also include evaluating basic engineering design documents, participating in plant performance audits, and contributing to Critical PHAs and turnaround activities. Ensuring compliance with specified standards and codes in calculations, supporting the preparation of documentation for Capital projects, participating in HAZOP of new projects, and validating equipment data sheets are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to leverage your skills in analytical problem-solving, programming, chemical engineering, and process technology. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and management skills. Your ability to plan, discuss results, and network effectively under the guidance of senior colleagues will be crucial. Proficiency in process design calculations, the use of process calculation templates, simulation skills, and Six Sigma for problem-solving are essential competencies for this position. Ideally, you should hold a BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institute and have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in plant operations or CTS. Your result-oriented approach and commitment to deriving value from technology networks will be key to your success in this role.,
