The company is empanelled with various life and general insurance companies as a Direct Broker and Risk Assessors.

Role Description

Techno Sales Specialist

  1. Understand the Ecosystem of the Line of Business or Industry

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the industry's operations, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify key stakeholders, market drivers, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on the industry.
  1. Analyze Industry Pain Points & Ideal Solutions

  • Identify the major challenges and inefficiencies faced by businesses within the industry.
  • Map these pain points to technological and service-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address industry needs.
  1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Identify and approach potential clients within the targeted industry.
  • Understand customer requirements through consultations and technical discussions.
  • Position the company's products/services as the optimal solution for the customer's challenges.
  1. Product Curation & Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the

    Placement & Underwriting Team

    to customize products and services.
  • Ensure the solution aligns with customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
  • Support the pricing, risk assessment, and product finalization process.
  1. Technical Sales & Solution Demonstration

  • Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of the product's capabilities.
  • Address technical queries and provide insights into how the solution benefits the customer.
  • Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) development if required.
  1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy based on industry insights and customer feedback.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand business potential.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  1. Continuous Learning & Market Intelligence

  • Keep up with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from customers and industry experts to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in industry events, forums, and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications
