Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Techno Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and managing the sales process. The role involves collaborating with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the client's needs, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support. The Techno Sales Manager will also be required to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Technical knowledge in IT solutions, software products, and system integration
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Project Management skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in tech sales or a similar role is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
