Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno-functional consulting and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including sales, marketing, case management, project, and field service areas.
Experience with JavaScript, CRM Web API, plugin development, workflow creation, and action development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with US and European customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL, data migration using SSIS/Scribe/Custom Application, and report development using SSRS.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow, and USD is desirable.
Any certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in B.C.A, B.E, M.Tech, or M.Sc is preferred.
