About The Role : Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution as an Cloud Technical Consultant. Do Responsible to perform end to end activities from understanding requirements till report build and delivery Should have experience as Cloud Reports Developer, should have built several reports using OTBI, BIP and/or HCM Extract. Should have good knowledge in Technical details like DB tables, joins and usages Having knowledge Fusion process and integrations would be added advantage. Conversant in multiple Cloud technical tools - any from FBDI, BI, Smartview, FR Studio, HDL, HCM extracts Should have experience in developing complex Report like Pivot, drill-down functionalities Should be conversant in documentation - Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Code migration document. Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud Finance/SCM/HCM Clouds modules Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment Hands-on experience in FBDI loads, HDL and HCM Extracts Should have prepared Reconciliation reports using BI Publisher, OTBI & HCM Extract Having Certification on any Oracle Technology is an added advantage Should be conversant in documentation - Migration Design, Unit Test Scripts, Reconciliation Document etc., Excellent Communication Skills 2. Skill upgradation and competency building Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1. Contribution to customer projects Quality, SLA, ETA, no. of tickets resolved, problem solved, # of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT 2. Automation Process optimization, reduction in process/ steps, reduction in no. of tickets raised 3.
