Techno commercial lead Roads

As a Procurement Manager, your role involves understanding the Techno-Commercial strategy and plan for CPO/ BU/ Site. You will contribute to the design of the Techno-Commercial organization structure at the BU/Site level and take necessary actions to implement strategic initiatives as per the plan. Your responsibilities include Strategic Sourcing for Capex, Opex, Bulk Material & Services. Key Responsibilities: - Purchase Requisition (PR) Review - Sourcing for Capex, Opex, Bulk Material & Services - Contract Preparation and Order Placement - Procurement through Rate Contracts - Post Order Management You will also be responsible for Supplier Management, including Supplier/Vendor Identification and Onboarding, Supplier/Vendor Performance Management, and Supplier/Vendor Engagement. Additionally, you will handle Contracts such as sub-contracting, bidding, exposure to NHAI contracts, and Contract Framing. Other responsibilities include Data management, where you will collate and analyze data related to various procurement activities for respective categories, seek opportunities to improve efficiency and value, and take action based on data analytics. You will also be involved in Governance and Audit Management, Risk Management, and preparing risk mitigation plans based on identified risks for different categories. Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum of 15+ years of experience - Exposure in NHAI Projects, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Contractual Terms & Conditions, Subcontracting, Vendor Negotiations, Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order Cycle, SAP Knowledge, Vendor Evaluation & Market Study Please note that the above responsibilities and qualifications are essential for excelling in this Procurement Manager role.
