Technician Trainee

Job SummaryAn entry-level position to learn automotive maintenance and repair, supporting senior technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment, focusing on hands-on training in diagnostics, service, and customer support. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Repairs: Support senior technicians with engine, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements.
• Diagnostics: Learn to use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues under guidance.
• Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including tools and equipment.
• Documentation: Record service activities and prepare basic reports as instructed.
• Customer Service: Learn to explain issues and repairs to customers, providing great service.
• Safety: Adhere strictly to all workshop safety protocols and procedures.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training and stay updated on new automotive technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma; technical certificate or diploma in automotive/mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: High willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team.
• Physical: Physically fit and ready for workshop conditions.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
