Technician Trainee

As a Technician Trainee at our machine manufacturing team, you will have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training in various aspects of industrial machine assembly, testing, maintenance, and quality control. This entry-level position is specifically tailored to help you develop technical skills and gain practical knowledge within a real-world manufacturing environment. - Assisting in the assembly and installation of mechanical and electromechanical machinery according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures. - Supporting maintenance activities, such as preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines. - Learning and safely operating hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. - Participating in machine testing and inspection under the guidance of senior technicians. - Recording work activities, defects, and measurements in daily logs and checklists. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, as well as following all safety procedures, will be crucial aspects of your role. You will be expected to follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians while working collaboratively in a team environment. Continuous improvement of your technical knowledge through on-site training and mentorship will also be encouraged. This is a full-time position suited for fresher candidates.
