1. Perform rework and repair of electronic components and PCBs using soldering equipment and tools.
2. Replace surfacemount and through-hole components as per engineering change instructions.
3. Inspect and test electronic assemblies for detects and functionality.
4. Follow ESD and safety protocols during handling of sensitive components.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs and rework performed.
1. Diploma / ITI in Electronics Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics repair and rework.
2. Expertise in electronics rework, soldering (through-hole and SMD), and PCB repair.
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings.
4. Skilled in handling soldering irons, hot air rework stations, microscopes, and other precision tools.
5. Familiarity with IPC standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721; certification is a plus.
6. Experience working in ESD-safe environments, following quality and safety protocols.
7. Ability to perform fine-pitch component replacements and trace repairs under a microscope.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to component-level diagnostics and troubleshooting.
9. Team-oriented with good communication skills and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
