Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician with hands-on experience in 220KV switchyard operations to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in high-voltage equipment handling, electrical safety protocols, and should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night duties and weekends if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in 220KV switchyards

• Assist in the commissioning and shutdown activities as per project schedules

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and coordinate with engineering teams for resolutions

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Maintain logbooks, inspection records, and daily activity reports

• Support site engineers during audits, inspections, and safety drills

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on equipment handling

• Use appropriate tools, PPE, and follow all safety protocols strictly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in 220KV or higher voltage switchyard projects

• Strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, isolators, circuit breakers, CTs/PTs, and protection systems

• Ability to work in shift-based schedules, including night shifts and weekends

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
