About The Role The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of tracker system, testing, prototype development in CSTAAR. This position involves installation, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance. By collaborating with other team members, the Technician will contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a technician role or similar position. Responsibilities Prototype and testing of tracker components in CSTAAR Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely repairs and solutions. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures. Assist in the training of junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices. Skills The required skills for this position include strong problem-solving abilities, which are essential for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
