Job Description

Master Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Cell Biology Strong knowledge/hands on experience in handling mammalian cells Familiarity with aseptic techniques and lab safety protocols Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good communication skills Maintain and propagate various mammalian cell lines under aseptic conditions Monitor cell health, growth kinetics and morphology using microscopy and other techniques Conduct assays such as cell viability (MTT, Trypan Blue), cytotoxicity, apoptosis etc. Prepare media, reagents, and cell culture consumables Support development, optimization and validation of in vitro assays as needed Analyze and interpret test data; maintain accurate and timely records in lab notebooks or digital systems Maintain sterile lab environment including biosafety cabinets, incubators, and culture rooms Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
