Job Description

As a part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the knowledge base for our firewall and hotspot gateway product - WiJungle. This involves updating and organizing information to ensure it is accurate and accessible for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing and sending out a bimonthly newsletter to our subscribers. This will involve curating content, designing the layout, and ensuring timely delivery to our audience. You will also be responsible for writing blogs that highlight new feature launches or provide updates on relevant information. These blogs will serve as a means to engage with our customers and keep them informed about the latest developments. Furthermore, you will be tasked with providing write-ups to various media websites to increase our product's visibility and reach a wider audience. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Information Technology and Cyber Security. Proficiency in Networking and Firewalls is essential, along with a solid understanding of Computer Networking. Additionally, fluency in the English language is crucial to effectively communicate with our audience and stakeholders.,
