Technical Writer

You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical content as part of the Technical Documentation team at SingleStore. Your main responsibilities will include: - Researching and documenting SingleStore products and features - Collaborating with a variety of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and teams - Editing, maintaining, and improving existing SingleStore documentation - Using documentation/publishing process and workflow tools - Creating best practices guides and code samples - Managing your ticket backlog - Identifying new methods to enhance the quality of our documentation Desired Skills And Experience: - Expert English communication skills - Ability to produce clear and concise documentation for a technical audience - Familiarity with SQL and experience writing for database administrators (DBAs) - Working database knowledge with hands-on MySQL experience - Ability to read and write code, with preference for SQL and Python knowledge - Strong understanding of the software development process - Effective communication and collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, SMEs, and others - Quick understanding and utilization of SingleStore products and related technologies - Quick learning of tools and technologies like Jira, Google Docs, Paligo, and GitHub - Desire and creativity to simplify and organize technical content - Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn - Ability to work effectively with remote teams and SMEs in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated and capable of working independently,
