Technical Writer

You will be joining a diverse team of E-commerce enthusiasts at Simprosys, with a goal of empowering E-commerce merchants with adaptable product listings and Ad management solutions. As a Technical Writer at Simprosys, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that simplifies technical concepts for merchants and eCommerce professionals. Your role will involve collaborating with product and marketing teams to develop educational and promotional content for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline. - Develop high-quality content including blogs, user guides, case studies, FAQs, product documentation, whitepapers, etc. - Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for merchants and eCommerce professionals. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create educational and promotional content for Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline solutions. - Research industry trends, tools, and practices to produce up-to-date and relevant content. - Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic. - Ensure all content aligns with Simprosys's brand voice and messaging. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including creating scripts for video tutorials and webinars. - 3-4 years of proven experience in technical content writing, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce domains. - Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopline. - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. - Familiarity with SEO practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Ability to research and write on technical subjects with accuracy and clarity. - Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
