Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Technical Writer

to develop and maintain

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our web applications

. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that ensures seamless understanding and implementation of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain SOPs for web applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for diverse audiences.
Create user manuals, training materials, and online help guides to support end-users.
Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes or software updates.
Ensure all documentation adheres to industry best practices and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience
in technical writing, particularly in creating SOPs for software or web applications.
Strong understanding of web application architecture and development processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as
Microsoft Word, Confluence, or similar platforms
.
Ability to
work independently
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree
in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with
Agile development methodologies
.
Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, or other web technologies
.
Experience with
version control systems like Git
.
