Job Description Required Skills: Strong experience in API documentation, particularly in a banking or financial services context. Proficiency in XML DITA and other documentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Experience working in agile environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on API documentation. Familiarity with payment gateway systems and the banking domain. B. E. or any graduation or master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
