Global Technology Front Office Test Lead (ID 265) - J48820 Our client is looking for Front Office Test Lead. Job role: - Define, implement, and maintain QA processes and best practices. - Develop and execute test automation strategies - Drive from manual testing into automated quality assurance - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Ensure test coverage for all product features and functionalities. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with product releases. - Prepare reusable and scalable test automation framework - Collaborate with product leads, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications. - Understand functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test scripts and maintain test case suite. - Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests. - Perform manual testing as needed to ensure thorough coverage - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the QA team. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team. Desired candidate should have; - Graduate degree in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed University. Masters would be an advantage. - 10+ years of experience in manual & automation testing practices, including understanding test case design, test planning, and defect lifecycle. - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead - Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch, including modular, data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid frameworks. - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with popular test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, AccelQ, Cucumber, JUnit, etc. - Expertise in API testing using tools such as Postman, JMeter, AccelQ, etc. - Good experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. - Experience integrating automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Bamboo). - The position requires a good understanding of product and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. - Worked on defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, etc. - Proven ability to lead a team of automation/test engineers, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration - Require meticulous attention to detail to ensure that automated tests are thorough and reliable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate. - Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. - High level of personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate the appropriate level of judgment and maturity. - High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little to no supervision. - Strong customer focus with the ability to meet the demands of internal and external customers. - Good Risk & control and change management background Job Location : Chennai Required Candidate profile Candidate Experience Should Be : 10 To 15 Candidate Degree Should Be : BE-Comp/IT,BE-Other,BTech-Comp/IT,BTech-Other,MCA
