Technical Writer

Role Overview: You are an experienced Technical Writer with 6+ years of expertise in Technical Writing. Your main responsibility is to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content that aligns with industry standards and enhances user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately - Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation - Work independently on technical writing projects - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to produce high-quality documentation and training videos - Contribute to more than one project at a time, as needed - Create multiple output types such as Word, HTML, PDF, and videos based on requirements - Learn fast and catch up with the knowledge of products Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Madcap Flare - Experience in Agile mode of working - Basic understanding of RESTful APIs - Knowledge in creating videos - Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Additional Details: Understanding of docs-as-code approach of writing and knowledge of writing UX micro-copy would be beneficial for this role. (Note: Preferred location is Pune/Mumbai. Work from office is hybrid. Immediate joiner preferred/ should be able to join within 30 days),
