Location: Chennai/ Bangalore
Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days)
We're looking for a skilled Technical Content Manager to develop engaging and easy-to-understand content for employees and customers. You'll focus on lending products and technical processes, ensuring compliance with regulations like Reg Z, ECOA, and UDAAP.
- Develop and publish technical procedures for employees
- Collaborate with teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Create customer-facing FAQs and knowledge-based content
- Manage project timelines and priorities
- Review content with Legal and Compliance teams for approval
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and knowledge-base systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within strict timeframes
