Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Create user guides, training documents, release notes, and feature documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information.
  • Research product functionality and present information clearly for end users.
  • Ensure error-free, well-structured, and user-friendly documentation.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) --this is preferred but any degree will work.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Writer and/or Content Writer  --this is preferred, even no experience will work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace - preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
