Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Writer with a strong technical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand complex features and convert them into clear, user-friendly documentation. If you're intelligent, detail-oriented, and have the common sense to simplify the complex, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical product features by collaborating with developers, QA, and product managers.
• Create clear, concise, and engaging product documentation including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and tutorials.
• Organize and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across all product releases.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with product tone and branding.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for technical writing and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product-based or software company.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand software products and features.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think clearly, apply logic, and write with clarity and structure.
• Sharp, intelligent, and resourceful with strong common sense and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Markdown, Confluence, Git, or any documentation systems is a plus.
