Technical Writer

Job Summary:

You will be responsible to write contents for US-based audience. Additionally, you set the content standards in collaboration with US-based stakeholders and guidance from Content Strategy Head. You will work with stakeholders to identify the content needs, assimilate, prioritize, and ensure timely delivery with cost optimization in mind.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create content and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology focusing US audience as consumers.
• Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
• Portray the information as appropriate in the form of drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate the Product features.
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and knit it together with the organizational needs.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and quality execution of content projects.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed content teams and stakeholders.
• Gather the content feedback, look for areas of improvements, prioritize, and implement the constructive suggestions.
• Emerge as a subject matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility through interactive learning and apply the expertise in creating the content independently.
